Musky Lures
Starting in 1946, DeLong Lures is the oldest name in soft-plastics. All DeLong Lures are made here in the USA. Our extensive line features handmade, scented, soft-plastic pre-rigged lures. DeLong is most well known for its Bass lures, but our Musky/Pike lines are second to none. Why has our company been in business for over 57 years? Because the people using DeLong Lures are catching more and bigger fish than ever before.

8" KILR EEL
The 8" KILR EEL is the smallest in our line of Musky lures. It weighs about 1oz., has one 8/0 Mustad hook molded in the head and a 5/0 hook in the tail. Like all of our lures it has the famous Delong Scent molded right in. Although they're classified as musky lures, the KILR EELS work equally well on Pike, Walleye, Stripers, Bluefish, Cobia, and numerous other saltwater species. You'll "freak out" when you see the action of the KILR EELS, and so do the fish! The KILR EEL looks just like an injured baitfish. It darts in all directions with the belly rolling up. Suspends extremely well when stopped. It will sink, but very slowly. Works best with a flexible leader; point your rod tip down and work the lure with downward snaps or jerks while keeping the slack out of your line. Don't be affraid to rip them really hard, there is no wrong way to fish this lure.
